So we can reply. We don't add correspondents to any mailing list.
If you're reporting a correction, a link or a quoted sentence helps us find it quickly.

What we can't help with

None of this is meant unkindly. These are boundaries we hold in every direction, including for people we like.

  • Medical questionsWe cannot tell you whether something is safe for you, whether to start or stop anything, or what your test results mean. That requires a clinician who knows your history and can take responsibility for the answer.
  • SourcingWe do not know where to get anything, and if we did we would not say. We publish no vendor names, marketplaces, or purchase paths, and we do not evaluate sellers privately either.
  • Dosing or protocolsNo amounts, schedules, routes, or preparation steps — not in an article, not in an email, not off the record.
  • Reviewing your documentWe can't assess a certificate of analysis, lab report, or supplier claim on your behalf. Our brief on reading a certificate of analysis explains the general principles, which is as far as we go.
